I just installed a new graphics card, which was working fine, when one day I turned on the computer and everything on the screen was stretched. So I tinkered with the resolution, and nothing happened, and finally I decided to reinstall graphics drivers. When I did the computer would freeze at the welcome screen (in windows 7 ultimate), so I went into safe mode and ran driver sweeper to uninstall the previous nvidia drivers that might be conflicting with the new ones, and to no avail. So I thought, since I was experiencing issues with this card before, it must be the card. So I got a new card and installed it's drivers and now I am stuck at the welcome screen again. It works when the drivers are not installed or active, just like in safe mode, but when I install them it freezes on startup. I've tried uninstalling, and re-installing the drivers both with the disk and with the up-to-date internet drivers.

Now sometimes it makes it to the desktop, then freezes.

Graphics cards are:

1st: Sapphire HD 5770

2nd MSI R7770

And there is an onboard nvidia card

Motherboard is: Pegatron M2N68-LA.
Preferred graphics device is PCIEx16 in bios (which corresponds to the slot that I have my card in).

Solution
Make Sure you did not Uninstall the Motherboard Chipset drivers also (are they Nvidia chipset?)

Disable the Onboard Video in Bios if possible, Select the PCI/AGP (whatever it is on your bios) First Detect to the correct option.
