Best i could do w/ $1k NZ dollars.
OP still could play almost anything w/ high settings.
Or max settings @ HD res :D 
At least Haswell i5 will keep things at high FPS.

The current cross rate between the Kiwi (the New Zealand Dollar) and $US is 0.78. So this is a $780 build in the USA. The prices are quite reasonable.
