I just bought a Corsair Graphite 760T and I moved all my parts into it. I use a Kraken x60 AIO+ some noctuas. I'm wondering what the best fan placement on the rad is. Currently I have Top of case>Fans>Rad but I'm wondering if Top of Case>Rad>Fans wouldn't be better. Right now it seems the fans are spinning faster than usual and I'm thinking it's because I have them sandwiched in between the rad and the top of the case. Also if I do move them do I set them and blowing air out or taking it in.

EDIT: I have 2 fans in front as intake, The top 2 rad fans as intake, a bottom fan as exhaust and a rear fan as exhaust is this the optimal fan set up for the case? Didn't want to make a new topic.

I would suggest to mount the rad into the top of the case, the mount the 2 fans at the bottom.
Put the fans so that it pulls air inside the case and out of the case.

I am pretty sure the NZXT comes with the software where you can adjust the graph to allocate how much percentage the fan will be spinning depending on the temperature of the CPU.

The fans are plugged into the slots on the kraken and I have the kraken on the CPU fan slot on the mobo. So one fan would be intake and the other would be exhaust on the radiator it's self?

no, the rad will be screwed at the top of the case, and then have both fans attached at the other side of the rad. Both fans will then be facing in a way where it takes air from the inside then exhaust it at the top of the case (outside)

Check this image, http://cdn.overclock.net/3/34/350x700px-LL-344c3de5_IMG...

the Rad is basically screwed at the very top of the case, and then below it the fans are attached. Those fans then are facing in way so it pulls air from the inside of the case and pushes it outside the top.

Basically this : Case>Rad>Fans <--- which is what you mentioned is the best in my opinion.

Then have the rear fan as exhaust, the bottom fan as intake, both front fans as intake and both the fans from the Radiator as exhaust (pulling air inside your case and pushing it outside)

<--- <---- <---- <---- <---- <---- Fan Air flow Direction
Outside || Top of Case || Rad || Fan <---- <---- Fan Air flow Direction (inside of case) Bottom case fan || <-- Intake

^This set up can also help avoid dust build up at the top of the case, its okay to get some dust at the bottom because 1 it has an easy to take off filter to clean and its not visible when dust starts to build up so its not a sore in the eye. :)
