Laptop
CPU - core i7 4150u
GPU - Radeon R5 M230
RAM - 6gb ram

OR
Computer
CPU - Core 2 Duo E4600 @2.4 ghz
GPU - GTX 650 2 gb
RAM - 4gb ram

Solution
The Laptop will be ore likely to be able to run them as it has more RAM and most of those games require at least 6GB RAM.

However I don't think any of them will be able to play the games in decent quality. If I was you I would buy a gaming laptop or gaming pc as then you can play every game on good settings.

I can only be sure for far cry 3 that it will run at 720p all low for the 2nd pc.As for the cod advance warfare no way you cpu and ram can handle it so dont expect anything.as for the other games you will never know until the requirements come out because they maybe go the same way as ubisoft did for ac u and if this happen there is no way you can run them.Actually i am worried for gta v with all these new graphics.bf hardline it never want such an expensive pc.The best thing you can do is just buy a new pc because with lga 775 you are very limited for cpu options all this goes for your desktop as for the laptop i dont know the performance that you can get out of it.
