i want To purchase i5 -4690 With 22Nm & H-97 , Z97 New MotherBoard ....but i Heard About Broadwell Cpus with the new 14 NM , but i also heard about that the new cpu will use the same Z-97 & H-97 With Low Voltage 65 W ,
does that mean that if i upgrade to Z-97 I ll be Able to use Broadwell in the Future , or Broadwell has it s own Motherboards
do you advice me To wait , or upgrade To Haswell Now

Yes, you will be able to use your H/Z97 chipset motherboards with Broadwell desktop, though it doesn't seem it will be a significant upgrade. Upgrade to Haswell now, or Devils Canyon if you wish to overclock.

BUT HOW THE SAME CHIPSET WILL USE DIFFERENT NM WITH BOTH 14 & 22 nm???

That isn't the size of the chip, just the size of a particular part of the transistor. Also please turn caps lock off when you type.
