Any H97 motherboard will do. But stay away from MSI. My first pick is Asus, then Gigabyte then ASRock.

Bad choice of PSU. I recommend one from Tier 1-2. Here's the list to assist you.

Although Asus makes graphics card. But I always recommend Sapphire, the XFX then Gigabyte and finally Asus for AMD cards.

Gigabyte Radeon R9 280 3GB WINDFORCE Video Card

I also recommend this one. It has abit higher core clock and same price.

Made some changes. If you have budget, consider GTX 970 rather. You don't need 600W+ PSU here. Asus H97-Plus is a good mobo from Asus otherwise I would recommend Gigabyte Gaming series mobo.

A semi or full modular will do. And don't worry about the extra cables. You can just hide it easily. I heard the case you have has great cable management.
