Different type of Rams Compatible

I am currently using 3 ram slots with this ram (CORSAIR CMX4GX3M2A1600C9 XMS3 DDR3 2GB) and my question is can i use the last slot for this ram (CORSAIR CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10 VENGEANCE 8GB) without having any compatibility problems.

My mobo : Gigabyte H67MA-USB3-B3
GPU: R9 280x
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600
PSU: 800 watt
Windows Ultimate x64

No, there will be compatiblity issues, different size, CL, timings, voltage, series, won't work out. You shouldn't pair a 2GB stick with 8GB stick in first place.

So the only ram type i can use to cover the 4th slot can be 2 gb 1,5 v and 1600 mhz?

Yes, no garuantee it'll run with the current config though, pairing non-pairs is like a gamble, I never risk it.
