Unable to detect my Video card

I have just bought new video card.. NVIDIA GEforce 210 gt218.. but my unit cannot detect it..

Here is my PC info:

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
CPU : AMD Athlon II X2 245
RAM: 3.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 199MHz (4-3-3-9)
Motherboard: BIOSTAR Group A740G M2L+ (CPU 1) 36 °C

I recomend to you get gtx 750to or gtx 750 series they are low power consuming and doest need a extra power supply and will work like a charm its good for your budeget and i tink your budget is around 140$ ? because one of mf frind using gtx 750and he can play watch dogs on high settings with 4gb ram and amd fx 6300 go ahead before buying gtx 750check your mobo support that card
