You are reading the bus speed not the core speed. It is normal. No issue there. Mine is 99.98 MHz.

Are you using HDMI/DVI or VGA output from GPU? Also what do you mean by CPU not responding? Can you be more specific please? Have you stress test it?

I have tried to used VGA and HDMi but still it won't work. See when I start any game for example, Battlefield 4 then it loads and when the game's main menu is to come , my monitor goes blank, cpu fan starts to move much faster but my computer does't turn off. I don't understand wats going on with my desktop. Yes l've even tried stress test and it performs well but when it comes to gaming it does not respond and yes l think you should know this that 2 months before there was lighting in our area and the other day my comp won't start , then i changed my mobo and psu and it is working now but wont play any game..

CPU fan speeds up means CPU is working and due to load, temps are increasing so the fan accommodate the temps. Hmmm! During stress testing it works. Oki. Do me a favor, select your built-in gpu as primary display. Start your PC with it being a primary display [You can find the option in BIOS]. Then load any not so demanding game or game at low-mid settings and give it a try. IF you are able to play the game then your GPU is faulty or may be drivers are giving problems.

well i tried what you said and still nothing happened. It isn't the gpu and i downloaded drivers but still it won't work. I think I should buy a new cpu and try again.

You mean, you tried built in gpu and still got the same result?
