Loud humming sound coming from pc when sidepanel on

So now i got this, Pretty loud humming sound is coming from my pc when i put my sidepanel on (the one where all components are). It's really annoying, and i have troubles to try find where it is coming. Any ideas?!!?!

ye i only hear it when it is on, yeah it vibration probably, psu is coil whining already, waiting RMA, but i'm ok with the coil whine but that humming sound is so loud that i cant keep my sidepanel on or im gonna get headcache from it.
