Many of you are probably thinking, get a custom loop or a H100 or better, however I require a single radiator AIO that can cool the 5960X CPU, I'm expecting no overclocking (maybe some underclocking to work the cooler) to be done at all as it is being put in a workstation with one 120mm fan mount, Intel says the TS13X is the bare minimum for cooling Haswell-E, its rated for 130w (140w 5960X CPU). I'm expecting that cooler to fail at max loads just like the 1150 socket stock intel cooler when also maxed out. What should I be looking at? H75? more specifically, i'm looking for a water cooler because the custom case for the pc does not permit a large air cooler because the PSU sits right infront of the motherboard (shame). the system will be running Wirecast, Adobe Premiere and Effects etc, Overkill I know, but its required by a client.

A H75 would do just fine, you won't need to underclock or such, you may even try OCing moderately with it. Actually its not that a 240mm rad is compulsory, but most people with such enthusiast/ workstation level specs tend to go for high end cases which supports crazy rad sizes. Feel free to go with 120mm rad H75.

I would agree, but, have you looked at the case manual? I need the water cooler to be able to reach around the PSU and to the back wall and I don't know if it will reach the 120mm mount, what's your opinion? because the intel cooler has a long set of tubes connecting the radiator to the pump, but the performance of the H60.
