What should I upgrade? [HELP]

So my current build is:

Asus Crosshair V
AMD Fx 8320 @ 4.1ghz
Gtx 760
8gb ram
Corsair H55 on push/pull
Nzxt phantom 410 mid tower
600W PSU



These are what I'm thinking of upgrading:

1: Go intel; i5 4690k or 4670k and a Intel motherboard. Upgrade price: around 400$

2: upgrade Cpu to an Fx 9370 or 9590. Upgrade price: 200-300$

3: GPU upgrade to GTX 970. Upgrade price: 350$

If I go with (1) what motherboard do you recommend?

If I go with (2) can my H55 handle the heat and keep it cooled enough to to overclock to at least 5ghz?

If I go with (3) is it a major upgrade from a 760?

Depends on what you budget is and what all the bits are that you've got already eg PSU, Case, OS, RAM speed.
Option 1 is OK - try for i5 4690k and ASRock Z97 Ezxtreme 4 or Asus Z97-A
Option 2 - no way. They are horrible CPUs.
Option 3 - MSI GTX970 - yep.

So I play Arma games(including dayz) would it still be better than a GPU upgrade? Why should I go for Cpu upgrade first then GPU?

Yeah I think I'm going with 970 for immediate results then sell my 760 and with that I'll start saving for Intel Cpu. Well thanks for helping out!
