Hello everyone. I am from the Philippines and I need some enlightenment if there's any way I could recover my files from the corrupted Drive D of my laptop.

Here's what happened:
I was working on a drawing using Adobe Illustrator. In the midst of saving the file, the laptop froze. So I had to "force shutdown" it and re-start again. When I checked the folder of the project, the Adobe illustrator (AI) file (a previously saved version) could no longer be opened. So I restarted it again, but upon checking the 2nd time, the AI file is nowhere to be found in the folder. The next day, I wanted to work on the same drawing but this time, the entire Drive D cannot be accessed. It says "Device Error". That's when I started to panic for fear that there might be a virus and the whole drive is corrupted.

In the photo above, you can see that the remaining storage icon of Drive D can't be seen. And when I try to click it, it only says "device error" and then the laptop freezes and then I shut it down forcefully again. Does this mean that the drive has been infected with virus? Also, would there be a way to gain access to my files saved in the drive d?

I have another screenshot below from when I tried running Disk Management. Drive C is NTFS while Drive D is RAW. What does this difference mean?
