I was using this setup:
-intel pentium E5400(dualcore@2,70Ghz)
-pegatron 2A94h
-amd hd7740(asus chipset)
and i though i needed an upgrade so i bougt a new proccesor and motherboard
-intel i5446
-asrock h81m-hds
but when i changed my graphic card to my new setup it didnt respond only the fan was working but i kept getting no signal or just a black screen, now it also stopped working on my old setup so i think i broke it. is there anything i can do?

Try resetting the CMOS. It's often the culprit when changing GPU's.

What about in the old system? Just to be sure it's still not working with the old system. Try running the new system on intergrated graphics to see if it's the cable or some problem other than the GPU. Make sure the CPU power cable in the top left of the motherboard is connected.

Im currently using my oldsystem with onboard graphics because my graphic card is not working anymore and i found out my motherboard(new) was broken so i got a new one can i use onboard graphics on it or no?

You should be able to use onboard graphics on the new one if you've replaced the broken mobo.
