Hi I have an Intel core i5 4690k and a z97 pc mate mobo :)

I am actually a noob in cpu overclocking :(  My question would be I found some overclocks on Anand tech.

Would I be able to apply this one of this ocs?

Can I get the 4.4 or 4.5 with this mobo? Btw Is it only the voltage and the multiplier that I should change ?

edit: Cooler Corsair H55 Hydro
edit: Coolermaster gx 650w PSU

Thanks for any help :)

Yes pretty much should be achievable if you have sufficient cooling. Multiplier and volt bump normally all that is needed but you can experiment with the LLC.

Those are all settings in your UEFI/Bios some you will not see until you select manual from Auto. Should be explained in your board manual or you can look up guides on the www, many out there.
