is psu compatible with cpu+ motherboard

I am upgrading my PSU as I am getting an evga NVidia 770ti SC. I however need to know if my motherboard and cpu are compatible. here they are: cpu: amd a10 7700k @3.8ghz, motherboard: Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-DS2 socket fm2+. my case is a cyberpower nzxt. There are no compatibility issues, but those two psus are a bit lacking quality wise. Corsair uses second tier on capacitors there there lower end psus like the cx you choose. @ Breitinger, ive never even heard of that brand and would not take a chance on it.

I suggest looking at this list and picking one that fits your budget and wattage.

Also inspecting that list, the Ultra lsp is in the worst tier of PSU. Dont buy it.
