I use a Lenovo z570 which has a 5400rpm HDD. Since the hard disk gets clocked out really fast, i want to switch to a 7200rpm HDD.
Will it be compatible?
And Will i be able to use a Hybrid HDD?

Yes, both of those should be compatible with your system. I can't recommend the 7200 RPM upgrade enough. It really makes a noticeable difference and they're dirt cheap at this point.

Hey Omkar. As md1032 correctly stated, both will work just fine. There's probably another option. You could get and hdd and an SSD separately. You could get an HDD caddy and replace the CD/DVD drive with it and get e.g. an SSD for your system and an HDD for the other stuff.

Hope that helps.

I like that idea even better. You can use the HDD for storage and then pull it out and pop in the optical drive on the rare occasion you actually need it.
