i have win xp and win vista on one hard disk.all my files and documents are on xp,i want to transfer them to vista. how?
and when i do,how to delete win xp completely from hard drive?
PLEASE EXPLAIN

If you go into Windows explorer and browse to the other partition, which should show as a separate drive letter in windows explorer, you should be able to browse and move the files (If these are documents, music, pictures, etc.) to the drive letter location windows xp is installed on. If you are unfamiliar with this process, perhaps this will help:

Then you should be able to remove the unwanted partition and restore it's storage space to the installed xp partition using the following method:
