suddenly high jitter there are few phones connected and 1 pc upstairs ive enabled bandwidth and still nothing its same as before jitter is unstable from 5-100ms

You never said how much bandwidth you actually get from your ISP.
You also need to explain better your setup, you just kinda rambled off a few things without giving any clear details.

You don't say how you're tracking your jitter.
