So. First thing, yes I have looked through the forums and yes I understand that there are multiple threads asking this but none of them have helped so hopefully this one will.

I recently rebooted my Asus N750JK laptop because it was running sluggish. Then it wouldnt load at all. It would give me the Prepairing repair loop. it does nothing more but rotate then shut off completely after about 20 mins of sitting there. So. I tried the f9 trick. It gives me the Please wait loop. Same thing as above. So I pressed ESC/f2 and it brings up the bios. So I then turned off secure boot and then press Lauch EFI shell from silesystem device. then press f9 again on that reboot. It brings up the repair screen but says a required device isnt connected or cant be accessed. error code 0xc0000185. gives me 3 different options of retry with enter. f8 for startup settings and esc with uefi firmware settings.

I've already listed above what shows up when I press the f9. What you've said isn't on there.
