GT 635 (OEM) Dropping in clock speed?!

So i have a GT 635 that came with my Dell 8700 and while trying to overclock it I notice it jumping from its base clock of 900 all the way to 400 even when im not gaming and the temps. only at 30 degrees i went to GPU-Z to make sure and it shows the same jump from 900 to 400 what do i do to fix this problem please help i cant game with 400 clock speed :(

You can game on that card at all?

The GPU clock going that low is normal when its not under load, no reason to have it running hard for no reason. My 7970 is running a leisurely 500Mhz sitting at the desktop.

Oh ok i thought my card was just glitching out, and yes i can game i can run Low-Medium on newer game in get 30+ FPS
