A while back my PC had this problem where it couldn't connect to the internet no matter what, so i ended up just back up my computer and restarting it (which worked). But now i have this file that takes up 437GB that i can't get rid of. Does anyone know how to get rid of a file like this.

More about : windows backup file rid

It's not a file, it's a folder that contains the old Windows installation. If you have no further need of it simply delete it.

That is not deleteable via normal 'delete' means.

Hmm, interesting, I've never had a problem simply deleting that directory.
