Hello :) 
please help me decide in buying a new monitor, im choosing between 20, 18, 18.5 inch monitor
with resolution 1600x900, 1440x900, 1366x768 here is my specs:

AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Editon 3.2ghz (NOT Overclocked)
4gb ddr3 1333mhz
Sapphire r7 250 1gb gddr5 w/ boost
Mobo Asrock 960 gc-gs fx
Thermaltake TR2-500 (500w PSU)

now im running this at my 15 inches square monitor with resolution of 1024x768
what monitor inch/resolution will i buy?? which will give me more fps??

Games i will play:
Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Crysis 3
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor
etc..

Your resolution is lower than all those, so you will get LESS FPS if you change the monitor out.

Are you just trying to improve FPS or get a larger monitor?

im trying to improve my fps and same to get a large monitor
any of the sizes will do but the resolution that will give me more fps is my choice

1366x768 monitor would provide you the best FPS, but it will still be less than what you get now.
