I want to buy a Sapphire R7 260x 1 GB.my processor is intel pentium g2010 2.8 ghz.I know it will bottleneck.Is it do badly slow my PC

That will defiantly bottleneck that GPU, I'd suggest upgrading your CPU to a i3 if possible.
