I want to build a custom PC for gaming with a budget of 600 $ means 40 to 42 thousand rupees .It should be capable of playing all the upcoming games like Assassin's creed 5 and tom clancy's the division at a medium setting so i have selected some components like MSI radeon R9 270 or 270X. I have a acer veriton So i was deciding to use some parts of that like the cabinet or case , hard drive and cd rom drive . but it has a 2 gb ram so can i buy a 8 gb and use both at a time to get a 10 gb ram and my monitor's size is 18.5 " sowill a more graphic card will be required or some less but cabable graphic card will work?

I'm from India too. For that budget, stick with R9 270x. Anything above that will increase budget.
Are you planning to use that acer system's motherboard?

I'm not getting any details of the dimensions of that case in any website. Do one thing. Install speccy http://www.filehippo.com/download_speccy and tell us the components details. (but speccy will not give the case dimensions, we want the cpu, mobo details).
And say your preference for respective components.

One thing is clear now. If you want 8-core CPU, you must change your Intel chipset mobo to AMD chipset mobo.

So for buying a new mobo, the build will be:
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard Rs.4128
AMD 3.5 GHz FX 8320 8 Core Processor Black Edition Rs.10590
Seasonic S12II 620 Watts PSU Rs. 5950
G.Skill RipjawsX DDR3 8 GB (1 x 8 GB) PC RAM (F3-12800CL10S-8GBXL) Rs.6040
MSI AMD/ATI R9 270X GAMING 2G 2 GB GDDR5 Graphics Card Rs. 15,400

Total = Rs. 42,108

But I can confirm the above build only when I come to know the motherboard form factor you have now.

The last line meant: "the motherboard is made of different sizes, they are called "form factors". By checking the PDF you sent, you motherboard is of micro-ATX form factor - the most commonly used motherboard size in the world.

If you're sticking with that h61h2 motherboard. You have to go down to intel 3rd gen quad-core. But it saves you the money of changing motherboard. H61 might be old by now. (jan 2011 released). I recommend getting that new mobo and your 8-core CPU..

Those games are "predicted" to use 8 cores. Many games are predicted to use 6 cores, but they only use 4 cores. Cores "only" are not important !

Electronics products from online store in India? I will say "NO". It always depends on luck. Many people who suffered from damaged components got real frustrated to get replacement/warranty from online sites. Recommended to buy these in real world market. NOTE: Prices may vary.
