I recently helped my brother build his first PC and we waited off on buying a GPU until now. In the research that I've done, the 750 Ti is the best card so far that will run on his system, but I'm unsure of two things:
1) Will the 750 Ti be bottlenecked by an A6-7400K?
2) The PSU is 430W. Is there a better card than the 750 Ti that can run with that wattage?
