first thing to force windows to disconnect from the bad network (do this simply by clicked "disconnect") and then check off the "connect automatically" box on the network you want to login to (and then click "connect")... that should establish it as the one with priority.

If that doesn't work then try forcing your computer to forget the nonworking network altogether. You do this by going back into where you choose the network you're on and right click the network you want to forget... if should then give you 3 options in the drop down menu and one of them should say "forget this network"... click that and hopefully you're computer will never try to connect to it again

hopefully that solves your issue :)
