Hello

I am a professional retoucher and need faster editing in photoshop, after effects, 3d programs etc. I currently have a good computer dell xps 8300 16 gb ram, radeon 7870 2gb and i7 processor. but its not cutting it atall!!. So slow that i need to sometimes wait minutes just to zoom into a area of a photograph.

My budget is around £2500 - £3000 if i have too. Less will be best but im willing to pay it!

Can people give me suggestions? I have no computer building experience atall. I wouldnt no if my processor was to big for my psu or whatever!! so please help!
