My cpu will read 80-100 percent usage while playing Fifa 15. It seems to cause stutter and lag when it spikes up that high. Any ideas why? Any ideas how I can fix this? Nothing else seems wrong other than high CPU usage which seems to cause stutter and lag.
Any help or input is appreciated.

Is my CPU bottle necking my machine?
I believe my CPU should be able to run this game, can it?

I do have an upgraded PSU and a gtx 760. Everything else is on that link.

That PC came with quite a few CPU options. Hit the windows key and pause/ break key. Near the middle it will say the processor what is it?

EDIT. never mind I'm an idiot lol.

Your processor is however lower that the requirements. Which may lead to your stuttering.

Thanks for the reply. Hmm, so it's bottlenecking? Anything I can do to lower CPU usage during gameplay? Will lowering resolutions or graphics help at all?

Not a great deal.. but yes it should. From other reading, it is a bit heavy on the CPU side of things. I can always suggest upgrades, better parts, but give lowering your gfx a try.

If Fifa has shadow options, put them to the absolute lowest. They can really tax a cpu
