I would like to gut this computer and put in a new combo motherboard/cpu that will work with Windows 10. Any suggestions? Cheaper the better. Home use only, no gaming.

That case uses Dell proprietary connectors. I wouldn't waste any time trying to stuff any modern stuff into it. You would be better off with a completely new build. What is your total budget?
