i just got ASUS H97M-E Mobo for gaming with i3 4150@3.5GHZ, Gskill 4GB TridentX
and is this good enough for gaming?
is motherboard is good enough?

Yah thats a good entry level gaming build. But where is your graphics card? If you are planning on running off of the i3's integrated graphics then no its not really good enough.

And dont get the trident ram that is a waste of money get g skill ripjaws or sniper.

about the graphic card i havent decided yet. for temporary i have my old 9600gt 512mb and i still have to upgrade my ram to 8gb i just want to confirm.

Get yourself an i5 as in one year time you may find that to be a VERY big bottle neck for your rig... i3 is too dated.
