My upcoming specs:

Power Supply: Corsair Gaming Series™ GS700 — 80 PLUS
GPU: GIGABYTE nVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 (GV-N980G1 GAMING-4GD)
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Processor (8M Cache, up to 4.40 GHz)
RAM: G.SKILL Trident X Series 32GB
Motherboard:ASUS MAXIMUS VII FORMULA
HDD: Seagate Desktop HDD 6TB

Your going to need some water cooling, you will have clearance issues with the memory unless you get a hyper 212 and mount the fan pulling air through.
That's not a really good quality power supply either by the way.
If your running work programs that take 32GB of memory you would be better off looking at the 5820K processor paired with a X99 board and DDR4 memory to get the extra 2 cores on the processor.
Buying a single 6TB hard drive being the only drive is also not something I would do.
