I have been looking for a fix for about 2-3 weeks. I keep having a problem with Windows Media Player to where when I open it and go to watch a video, the screen either shows as black or green, I can hear it fine but cannot see it. I have seen "fixs" for it, but they haven't worked for me so I was hoping I could find someone here that could help me. I have ATI Radeon HD 4600 series and all the stuff about to doing a clean install of it and running the troubleshooter has not worked, I have run out of places to look and am wondering if someone could help me. I need WMP for editing purposes so I watch stuff and record appropriate clips for the videos and then edit it. If anyone could help me, that would be amazing.
Also, it wasnt my editing software I can watch the videos through it but I use Adobe AfterFX so it takes a good minute to start up so its easier to watch them without having to start up the program.
