Hi,
so power for pc was suddenly cut off and pc wont turn on.
I managed to turn it on after plugging off all the wires, holding power button for 20 sec , plugging the power back in and pressing power button.
However, I can`t do it if I connect mouse, keyboard and LCD.

The paperclip test may work, but I bet, the PSU doesn't work under load. That could be a result of the power cut.

ok I removed my GPU and it seems to be working. Gonna check everything once again.

The system is 1 month old.

Gonna connect the rest of peripherals and see if its ok .

The Antec HCG-620 has poor voltage regulation on the minor (i.e. +3.3V and +5V) rails. It's a discontinued model based on an older group regulated circuit design that isn't Intel Haswell compatible. With transient loads at 50% PSU load the minor rails will drop below the voltage allowed by ATX specs. Antec doesn't say that the PSU has UVP (i.e. Under Voltage Protection). A protection circuit may have been triggered so you will have to cycle the PSU's main power switch on and off to get the PSU's protection circuit to reset itself.

Try using a better quality PSU.

thank you for reply,
Do u have any suggestions?

Actually, I managed to start it this time with a card in.

Am I risking to damage my other components because of this PSU?

If a PSU is running out of spec at any time, that isn't a good thing. You're already experiencing system instability.

What is your budget range for a new PSU?

OK , so i did as before took my gpu out disconnect all the wires, reconnected and somehow managed to start.
Once put back gpu and connected to LCD - nothing.
I was thinking maybe the problem is something like low bios battery or something minor.

Try to reset Cmos

In order to do that you need to do the following:
1- shutdown pc
2- open side panel of pc
3- ground yourself by holding on to the pc case for a few seconds
4- locate BIOS battery (See here for lots of examples of what it looks like L: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=bios+battery&hl=en&t...)
5- remove battery (you will need to push the clip holding the battery down to the side for the battery to pop out)
6- wait around 20 to 30 seconds and put battery back
7- close case and power up pc

Also if you are able to boot up to BIOS, check your boot order and make sure the first boot is your HDD that contains your OS.

^If you cant even go to bios, just test it once and reset the bios by resetting CMOS. And see if you are able to boot with the USB's attached.

I actually did almost as u described. I took gpu out disconnected all the world took then put the wires back in. Took the battery out hold for some time and put it back. It started and i have connected the rest of components. However, if I tried to connect while psu is off I got the same problem. So I did connect it when psu was on.
