I have tried google for these issues a couple times but never really come across anything relevant.

When I use sleep mode for my machine, and I come out of it, sometimes randomly, my USB devices will Fail and disconnect. To which, of course, off and back on, to fix. Kind of annoying issue I have been dealing with for over a year now.

Any ideas?? :(

What USB devices?
What do you have connected at the USB ports of the PC?
Mouse? Keyboard? Hub? Are all of the USB ports affected? Front panel? Back?
What have you tried so far?

If it's Hub, it may not support wake after sleep

Currently. 3 external HDDs. 1 USB 2, 2 USB 3. Wireless mouse, keyboard. The only thing that is effected are the HDDs. Sometimes 2 of them, but mostly just one. About 3 out of 5 sleeps, will see atleast one of the Drives needing to be turned off then on. The two USB 3's are only 4-6 months old. the USB 2 HDD is a few years old.

Check your bios. USB should be enabled for full initialization, not partial.
Also, check your power settings in control panel.
