It's used to stress your GPU so that you can make sure that it's stable and working properly.

Simply run it for a while. If you notice crashes, freezes or artifacts (weird things in the screen that shouldn't be there) then your card isn't stable. Also keep an eye on the temperature, above ~85 degrees Celsius is too high on most cards.

It's typically used for testing when you've overclocked your card, or if you're experiencing problems with your card.

Don't worry about your English, I can understand what you're saying just fine ;)

The temperature is in the top right corner of the screen when running the program.

The 'Heaven' benchmark that uses the Unigine easily shows off the full potential of DirectX 11 graphics cards.
Check this out - https://unigine.com/products/heaven/

Huh. I can't get on my main computer right now, I'll install Heaven on this laptop so I can check for you.
Just give me a while, I'll check and get back to you.

Well this is weird. On my main rig Heaven shows the temperature but on this laptop it only shows FPS.

It might be that you're using an integrated GPU that doesn't have a temperature sensor.
