Issue:
It seems that after playing the game for a little while, I begin to encounter brief freezes/stuttering that get progressively worse the longer I play. It doesn't seem to matter what my in-game settings are as the stutters are just as frequent on lowest settings. These brief freezes seem to also effect audio, as certain sound files will cut out, repeat, etc. in some cases. It also seems that although these hiccups occur regularly on their own, they consistently occur particularly as I aim down my sights, or turn around. Disregarding the stutters, my fps stays between 45-90 on ultra. Even during stuttering and freezing, Fraps still reads my fps to be within that range. This leads me to believe that this is not an issue with my video card, but with my CPU. To confirm this theory, I monitored my CPU while playing and discovered that whenever I experienced these stutters, my CPU usage was actually dropping as apposed to spiking. Restarting the game does not seem to be of any use, even temporarily. The only way I can seem to temporarily get rid of these stutters is by restarting my computer completely.

What I've tried:
Disabling Origin In-game as well as cloud storage
Disabling CPU core parking
Running BF4 in 32bit by setting "Battlefield 4 (x86)" as the default in Launch Options in Origin
Running RAMMap and emptying Standby List
Uninstalling BF4 and re installing it (on different hard drive as well)

Specs:
Intel i5 2500k Quad-Core @ stock speed of 3.3 GHz
GIGABYTE WindForce GeForce GTX 770 4GB GDDR5
8GB DDR3 1600 G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series (2 x 4GB)
500GB Western Digital Blue HDD (Operating System installed here)
1000GB Western Digital Black HDD (Blattelfield 4 reinstalled here)
Corsair Professional Series Modular 750W Power Supply
Windows 7 (64bit)

Other things to note:
This was not an issue with Battlefield 3, which I was able to run at a smooth 60-100 fps.
This does not seem to be an issue with most other games I play, although I have sometimes have a similar problem with Arma 3.
