Hi, so I have an External Hard Drive (Samsung M3 Station 1.5TB), yesterday it worked perfectly, I didnt do anything with it, no new programs or so, just played a game on it, today I turned on the PC and it says it needs to be formated, I have a data on it that I dont want to lose, so I didnt formated it, the EHDD is cuted on 3 parts - 2 works perfectly 1 is broken, I tried to repair it in MiniTool Partition Wizard, it didnt worked, also chkdsk i: /f or /r didnt worked, I is letter of that part, if I try to somehow open that in software like Get Data Back, the Windows Explorer will freeze, also it didnt show memory of it like 259gb free out of 500, thanks for any help.

It is a really strange message you got there.
The best thing you can do is to change your USB cable(in case there is something wrong with it) and try another partition recovery software.
The issue may also be enclosure/USB port related. As a last resort option, you may try taking out the HDD out of the enclosure and connect it internally via SATA and try the recovery procedures again. Keep in mind that this most probably will void the warranty if there is one.

Hi there RyanSK,

It is a good idea to try what Phillip Corcoran proposed. If it is not a hardware related issue, you should be able to recover some data. Just keep in mind to save the recovered data on another location(do not overwrite the HDD).
What happened when you ran the chkdsk command?

D_Know_WD, nothing happened when i tried chkdsk, just changed the name on the window, also I tried that program, but when I clicked to the recovery part, a message popped out that something is blocking their servers.
