  1. Yes, but i'll try make it a little better for you.

The CPU you selected is from an older generation, the one I selected is the latest generation and only $10 more. The B series motherboard is targeted more towards office work, you will want a H series if you don't want to overclock and a Z series if you do want to overclock. If you want to overclock you will also need a CPU cooler.
I changed the RAM to low profile so it will fit under a cooler if you want to overclock.
I changed the PSU to a much better quality unit, the EVGA B1 series isn't very good.
I also changed the monitor to a larger and better unit.
You should try out the keyboard before you buy it, the version you selected has clicky keys which can be annoying as mechanical keyboards are louder than membrane keyboards anyway. Some people like clicky keys, some don't, but you should try before you buy so you get the right switches.
Overall the system is a bit more expensive but it's much better balanced.

  3. I've heard there were issues with the cooler on EVGA GTX 970 GPU's. I am getting the Gigabyte one, personally. The MSI one is also a good choice. Get the ASUS one if you want silent operation at idle.

Yeah it's with the ACX 1.0 models. I've got the G1, it's a really nice card.

Thanks for the clarification. I was not sure, so I just thought I'd post it anyway. Cheers.

I think they have stopped selling the ACX 1 on the 970's now. I think they just didn't have a large enough supply of ACX 2.0 coolers when the card was released.
  7. with that graphics card and an i5 4690k you will be able to run on very high with AA lol
