I bought a new graphics card the asus GeForce gtx 750Ti over clocked addition and I have the
atx-tl500w-bk 12v power supply. The reccomended power is a minumum of 400w with a minimum 12v and a current rating of 20a will I be able to use this graphics card or do I HAVE to buy a new power supply?

Your PSU is fairly low quality. I looked it up and it says it has 6 "peripheral" connectore. I'm not sure if that includes a 6pin PCIE connector that your video card will need. You may want to look into getting this if you can.

CX430 or VS450 is good enough for non serious overclocking.
