I was wondering if I should be going to higher clocks, I am currently at 4.2 ghz on a fx 8320, temperature on HW Monitor is around 40C-45C when on full load. Voltage is at 1.5. I did however use the overclock auto tune from amd catalyst control center. I have a cooler master seidon 120V(very Noisy)

I wouldn't trust HWM 100% with the FX processors. Run AMD Over Drive and check the thermal margin. If you are in the double digits, you are fine.
