Was looking at a new monitor for my new system I want to build,
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I was wondering what type of gpu it takes to drive max grapical settings on a monitor like this. I was looking at the new Maxwell gpu's from Nvidia.

Edit: Felt I should add that I don't have a budget for the cost of the gpu.

Incredibly nice monitor, you're a lucky man/lady and congrats on the choice. As for a GPU and unlimited budget, and to take full advantage of Nvidias Gsync go with a higher end nvidia card 1 or 2 GTX 980's, or 970's if you want to save a lil and will do fine and really push whatever you can throw at the monitor.

A lady named BigRichard, whoa lol. Well then I'm thinking I'll start with a single 980 then go with another one if I need it. Sound good? Just wasn't sure if I should go sli off the bat or not.

Well you never know these days lol. But yes sounds great, if you intend to use multiple monitors of this caliber for sure get two GPU's just so you dont stress out components too much.
