Why is this motherboard so (relatively) cheap?

So I'm inches away from ordering some parts to update my system (see below for details) including a GA-Z87X-SLI

It's at least 2/3rds of the price of similar GA-Z87X's but I can't work out why. Doesn't look available in US so google has yielded few results.

If needed, rest of specs are:

i5-4690k
Asus 770 (+750ti Physx dedicated)
Crucial 8gb 1600 (x2 if needed)
750W PSU

EDIT: Will probably overclock, not a lot but just to get money's worth. Is cooling an advantage to Z97's?

Im not quite sure why its cheaper, but you should look into a Z97 board instead.
Specifically I recommend a Z97-A
