Should I get another 7770? 1gb in sli?

I want to get better fps in minecraft and cs go and bf3, I currently have these specs.
CPU: AMD PHENOM 9600
RAM: 4gb
PSU: 650watt 80+
GPU: 1 graphic card 7770 asus 1gb ddr5
MOTHERBOARD: M4A7-8E

Your CPU is most likely the bottleneck, I don't think you would see much improvement using crossfire or upgrading the GPU.

A new CPU would also mean new motherboard and RAM. You would end up changing out 3/4ths of the computer. Your best bet would be to save up and get a new computer, or learn to build one (easier than many think). The CPU upgrade options are limited and I'm not sure it would give you the boost you are looking for.
