I just bought a new cpu fan for my rig so i removed the motherboard and put the fan on. When I put the new fan on it seemed a bit tight but not like i couldnt do it with one hand. when i put the thermal paste on there was a little dripping over the surface of the cpu but not that much. When i put everthing back together in the case and i hit the power button nothing happened, no lights, no beeps, no fans. I then took everthing back out, took out the cpu and then put it back in, still nothing. All cables were connected(24 pin, 4pin power, graphics card) but still nothing was working. the first time i put everything back together i screwd down the motherboard so there shouldnt have been any shortanges from the stands. please help me figure this out. thanks!
