I am following this guide: http://www.lifehacker.co.uk/2014/06/02/migrate-solid-st... I am at the stage where I need to clone the old hard drive to the SSD but whenever I start cloning it comes up with an error and it un-formats my SSD. If anyone can help me with this I will be very grateful thank you.

The SSD is a Corsair FORCE LS if that is important.

Nope, about 84gb on the hard drive and the SSD is 120gb.

Your SSD would already be 70% full. Not much more and it will start slowing down a lot, if not right away.

I would try another cloning app. There are lot's to download. I use a paid for Acronis True Image.

Im not really sure what else I can remove from my hard drive, all it really has is windows, 1 game and a bunch of stuff i don't think i can delete in folders like appdata, system volume info, etc...

I will have a look at some other cloning apps tomorrow, thanks.
