After I have spent quite some time trouble shooting my problem, I have decided to ask for help. I ran out of knowledge and ideas.

Pre-problem symptoms:
* On most of the first start of the day, computer freezes (Mouse freezes, no keyboard response) approx 10 mins. into boot. Force restart fixed the problem for the day. Repeats on next day
* Often happens after Windows does its updates. Problem persists for a few days before it stops. Repeats problem again after next Windows updates.
* This problem continued for 2 or 3 months.

Severe problem finally arose a few days ago:
* Powered on system, CPU, PSU, case fans spin at full speed non-stop
* System does not POST
* System does not have BEEP code signals
* No video feedback as monitor would turn on and enter sleep mode

Attempted the following:
* Unplugged all HDDs, optical drive, GPU, all 4 slots of rams (ie boot with no RAM). Powered on, no POST, no beep code, fans on at full
* Tried 1 ram into each slot, 1 at a time for all combinations. Powered on, no POST, no beep code, fans on at full
* Replaced with new mobo + 1X4GB new ram, no GPU, no HHDs, no optical drive. Powered on, no POST, short continuous beeps for 5 secs + rests for 1 sec + repeat, fans on at full.
* Googled beep code for new mobo suggests PSU failure
* Replaced with new PSU. Boot with NO RAM. Powered on, no POST, no beep code, fans on at full.
* Using new PSU, new mobo + 1X4GB new ram, short continuous beeps for 5 secs + rests for 1 sec + repeat, fans on at full.

What else could be the broken part with the above symptoms? I'm confused now and need some enlightenment.
