I'll just say it. Is there a way to overclock an AMD a6-5400k, but WITH a discrete GPU installed? I can't do it from catalyst, because it just shows my GPU. Thanks!

Yes. To OC the CPU part of the APU, just do as normal for a CPU - raise the Voltage and clock in bios and test. To OC the GPU part of the APU, OC the CPU and use as much fast RAM as your mobo will allow.

Overclock from your bios. That is the way to do a real, functional, stable overclock. There is a learning curve though. In the long run it is well worth it. I have my A10-5800K Prime95 stable at 4.7 GHz in a Crossblade Ranger.
