If you're not looking to max out games and want a small card, I'd have to say the 750Ti:

I chose EVGA for no particular reason, there are other manufacturers out there aswell.
750 Ti because :
1) Low power consumption resulting in less heat output for mini-itx cases (usually compact, restricted space/airflow)
2) Can run games pretty smooth at Med-High settings depending on games
3) Doesn't require a 6 pin PCI power cable (slightly better cable management)

"ITX" describes a specific motherboard form-factor (physical size). So long as it's current, it has nothing to do with what cards are compatible with it. Your only concerns should be whether the ITX compatible case has room for the card and whether the power supply can power the card you're looking to install.
If you can give us your full system specifications; to include your motherboard, CPU, case and power supply manufacturer and model numbers (for each), as well as a total upgrade budget, I'm sure we can find you a reasonable resolution.

how much watts does it use because i have an older pc with an i5 that i want to do up if like friends come around Only 60 watts. It's a very power efficient card for the amount of performance it can give. Don't expect to max out games 60+ fps with this card as it was optimized for decent performance with very low power consumption.

its a newish acer one it will have an i5 4440 8gb ram 1x500gb hdd but sure how much watts the psu puts out You'll have to open up your computer case and check the power supply's specifications. (Though power supplies that come with pre-built OEMs such as HP, Dell etc aren't very good but get the job done.)
