Best chromebook under $400

Ive been looking for a Chromebook for a couple weeks now but i have just been overwhelmed by the amount of them and the constant releasing of new ones. I need help on choosing a Chromebook. The things i'm planning on doing is light gaming, school work, running Linux. The Chromebook i have liked most is the Dell Chromebook 11 so if there is one like it or better than it please comment.

Gaming would be limited essentially to flash. As far as chromebooks go, if you want to do anything of the sort, at a minimum you'd need one with a full x86 intel CPU.

There are a few on the market, but don't get the wrong idea about chromebooks: while they have uses, they are not as competent as a laptop and you shouldn't expect them to fulfill the same goal.

The main thing im doing with it is probably school note taking, web surfing, and when i put Linux on it play around with light games nothing to hard to handle for Intel Hd graphics.
